Kelly
Dental Assistant

Kelly graduated from Custom Dental Assisting School in April 2016 and has been working with Dr. Nail ever since. She enjoys getting to know all our patients. If she sees you outside of the office, you can bet she will say “Hi” just like you are a family member.

When not at the office, she's more than likely doing something with the kids; they are all pretty involved in extracurriculars like band, choir, EAA, and archery.

Alondra

Financial Coordinator

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping patients feel confident and at ease throughout their dental experience. As a Financial Coordinator, I enjoy working closely with patients to explain their treatment costs, answer insurance and payment questions, and help them find financial solutions that fit their needs. My goal is to make the financial side of dentistry as simple and stress-free as possible, so patients can focus on achieving a healthy, confident smile.

I have been working in the dental field since 2007 and truly enjoy building lasting relationships with our patients and being part of a team that is dedicated to exceptional care. I believe that kindness, clear communication, and a positive attitude can make a big difference in every patient's visit.

Outside of the office, I love spending quality time with my 15-year-old daughter. Whether we're out together or simply enjoying a relaxing day at home, family time is always my favorite. When I have a chance to unwind, you'll usually find me curled up with a cup of coffee, watching Netflix, and enjoying a quiet evening.

Julissa

Office Manager

I am passionate about helping patients achieve their dental goals while ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout every step of their treatment. Seeing patients leave with healthy, confident smiles is the most rewarding part of my career.

I have been in the dental field since 2009. After graduating from Platt College as a dental assistant, I began my career providing chairside assistance. Over time, I discovered my passion for patient care and transitioned to the front office, where I enjoy creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. Building relationships and helping patients navigate their dental care has become one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and loved ones, traveling, and exploring new places. I value creating lasting memories and embracing new experiences whenever the opportunity arises.

Teresa

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have been a registered dental hygienist since 2008, and I started working as a dental assistant in 2003. I love building relationships with patients and helping them improve their oral and overall systemic health. My focus is on patient education and an individualized high standard of care. Patient comfort is also important to me, as it allows patients to trust us more and have better rapport and improvement in their health.

At Custom Dental, we are a team that focuses on providing the best individual care. I am very passionate about helping everyone, and I am thankful I get to serve the Hispanic community as well while using my bilingual skills daily.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and son. We love to travel, spend time outdoors, go to concerts, play family games, and cook.

Evelyn

Dental Assistant

I have been working in the dental field since August 2025, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience from the very beginning. My journey truly took shape when I enrolled in Custom Dental Assisting School. During my first shadowing shift at Custom Dental of Newcastle, I immediately recognized that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. That hands-on experience confirmed my passion for the field and solidified my commitment to growing within it.

What I find most fulfilling about dentistry is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. I genuinely enjoy helping individuals feel more confident about their smiles and overall well-being. Being part of a process that can positively impact someone’s self-esteem and comfort is both motivating and deeply satisfying.

Outside of my professional life, I value spending quality time with friends and family. I enjoy exploring new places, trying new activities, and creating memorable experiences with the people I care about. I believe that life’s best moments are those shared with others, and I strive to bring that same sense of connection and positivity into my work each day.

One of the things I enjoy most about being a Dental Assistant is the opportunity to help patients feel comfortable and confident about their smiles. I love working alongside a supportive team and learning new skills every day in a fast-paced environment.

What started as an opportunity to explore something new quickly turned into a passion for patient care and helping others. Working at Custom Dental has allowed me to grow both professionally and mentally. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences it has given me. 

Outside of work, I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle by going to the gym and running. I also value spending time with my family, friends, and loving boyfriend as they are an important source of support and happiness in my life.

Dental Assistant

I love being a Dental Assistant because I have the opportunity to care for our patients and be part of their journey to a healthier, more confident smile. Building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I graduated from Custom Dental Assistant School in the summer of 2022 and joined the Custom Dental team in November 2022. Since then, I have enjoyed continuing to grow my skills while providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient who walks through our doors.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and relaxing. Whether I'm making memories with loved ones or simply unwinding, I value the balance that allows me to bring positive energy and a caring attitude to work each day.
